  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the Netherlands, across the European Union (EU), and to selected international destinations.
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@organicnco.com to confirm availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We work with reliable courier and postal services to deliver your order.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Netherlands: 2–5 business days
    • EU Countries: 5–10 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days (depending on location)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Organic & Co is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee delivery and additional charges may apply for reshipping.
